COROLLA AE101 'SNF SPEC' 4AGE 20V TURBO

Although we are a dealer for Adaptronic ecu,we have been working with a lot of other ecu brand in the market like Haltech,Link G4,Motec,Microtech and others.A friend come with his newly assembled 4age 20v Blacktop with Blitz KKK K26 turbo,and Haltech Sprint 500 for tuning this wonderful and rare 20v turbo kit.



Boost is at a low 0.7 bar taper to 0.6 bar.This car is to be used on track racing,since this is a new setup,it is important for the driver to familiarize with the new power level.Next year we will increase the boost to about 1 to 1.2 bar for more power.Hopefully will achieve target of 220HP at the wheels.

Brunei Trip 2014

R.N.R Autosport have been invited to Brunei to check out the car tuning and motorsport scene over there.It is very very pleasant trip,with very nice cars.We felt very welcome and the hospitality shown by the Bruneian friends is at its best. We manage to solve problem of one car fitted with Adaptronic e420d.The smile and satisfaction of every customer is very meaningful to us,we will continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

AE111 + Adaptronic e420d + 1.75L Stroker kit

 R.N.R Autosport have been a dealer for Adaptronic ecu for 3 years now,we have a lot of projects and have worked with various engines.We are amazed with the flexibility of the Adaptronic ecu and its value for money.It runs very smooth and almost like a stock ecu and comes with a lot of features for its price.

Here we have a Stroked 4age 20v. The engine displacement have been increased to 1.75L from 1.6L.It runs Adaptronic e420d ecu with few other add on goodies to the engine.

 Base engine is 20v Blacktop

Here is the result with RON95.

R.N.R Autosport have been Dyno Dynamics for tuning every customer vehicle since it is easy to tune the part throttle with this dyno. The downside of it is its figures are lower than Dynojet and most other dynos.
It makes customer very sad but on road performance is what more important.
For us,dyno is just a tool to help us tune the engine,not to compare horsepower.

Toyota Corolla SEG AE111 4age 20v BT + Adaptronic e420d

Hi,Good day,here we have another Corolla AE111 with 4age 20v swap coming in for Adaptronic ecu. The engine is completely stock except for HKS extractor.

Red graph is stock ecu,Blue graph is Adaptronic ecu.

Quite a minimal gain with this engine,the stock ecu setting was pretty close to optimum where the engine can produce its power and torque.However throttle response was improved.The torque dip where the VVT is disengage is also improved by changing the VVT disengagement RPM.
